Under the leadership of President-Elect Khalid Salahuddin, Recreation Supervisor for the City of North Miami, we are excited to announce the opening of the Nomination Process for our upcoming 2025-2027 NRPEMS Board of Directors and Officer positions. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to step up and contribute to our organization, bringing your unique talents and ideas to the table.

• Great Lakes Region Representative - Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana

• Southwest Region Representative – Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Louisiana

All members in good financial standing are encouraged to nominate themselves or fellow members who they believe would excel in these leadership roles.

Nomination Process:

1. Complete the nomination form: Tell us why you or your nominee would be a great fit for the position and share any relevant experience. 
2. Submit your nomination: NRPEMS 2025 nominations are due before midnight (Eastern Standard Time) on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
3. Voting: Once the nominations are in, we will share the list of nominees with all members and begin the voting process. 

Important Dates: 

• Nomination Deadline: April 1-30, 2025 
• Voting Period: June - July, 2025 
• Announcement of Officers: August 2025 
• New Officer Installation: 2025 NRPA Conference NRPEMS Luncheon, Orlando, Fl.
