Thanks so much for your interest in the 2026 Hydropower and STEM Career Academy. Before you get to explore the physics of producing hydropower, race solar cars and fly your own drone at the Rocky Reach hydro dam, please follow these directions to apply. Successful applications will need to register for the event which costs $175 for materials, personal protective equipment, food and transportation. This low cost is made available by our sponsors. The application includes a place to request a scholarship if you need assistance with the registration cost. Applications are being accepted through May 22, 2026. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Acceptance will be on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. Academy size is limited to 24 students.
